The chicken etc, is individually marinated in a special tikka or tandoori sauce consisting of Indian spices, herbs & yoghurt. Each dish freshly barbecued on skewers inside a very hot tandoori oven to produce the delicious taste that defies description. Served with salad, mint sauce & curry sauce.
